Behavior Technician

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized ABA therapy programs developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and make informed adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to care.
  • Provide direct, one-on-one therapy sessions to individuals, focusing on skill development and behavior management.
  • Support families by offering guidance and training on implementing behavior intervention strategies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in related field preferred).
  • Previous experience in ABA or related field is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for working with individuals with developmental challenges.
  • Willingness to learn and apply ABA principles in a dynamic environment.
