The ideal candidate will possess
- Previous clinical experience working with developmental or intellectual disabilities
- Prior supervision experience
- Have completed supervision requirements
- Strong clinical skills
- Be self-directed and intrinsically motivated
- Ability to schedule and attend client appointments and team meetings with consistency, reliability and punctuality
- Familiarity with various funding source requirements
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Be a team-player attitude
- Strong customer service orientation
- Bilingual (not required)
- Candidates must be a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Required)
