Clinical supervisor(BCBA)

Under the guidance of the executive director, BCBAs are charged with completing assessments, creating behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs, assisting with training, supervising BCBA candidates and behavior interventionists, completing client progress reports, and carrying a client caseload.

The ideal candidate will possess

  • Previous clinical experience working with developmental or intellectual disabilities
  • Prior supervision experience
  • Have completed supervision requirements
  • Strong clinical skills
  • Be self-directed and intrinsically motivated
  • Ability to schedule and attend client appointments and team meetings with consistency, reliability and punctuality
  • Familiarity with various funding source requirements
  • Excellent written and spoken communication
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Be a team-player attitude
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Bilingual (not required)
  • Candidates must be a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Required)
