Program Supervisors

As a Program Supervisor at ADORE ABA, you play a pivotal role in leading and shaping the delivery of our evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services. Requirements

A great candidate will bring a positive attitude, patience, and perseverance to make a difference in children’s lives.
Must have completed or be in the process of completing an ABA master’s program or have a master’s in psychology with an emphasis in ABA within 6 months.
2 years of ABA experience.
1 year of prior ABA supervisor experience.
At least 1 year of experience managing staff.
Must pass a criminal background check.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for the oversite of individualized ABA programs and supervision of Behavior Technicians under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Craft and implement skill Acquisition.
Provide oversite of direct staff, while collecting data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans.
Write progress reports detailing client achievements.
Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress.
Utilize safe and appropriate behavior modification strategies when working with clients.
Maintain client confidentiality based on HIPPA guidelines.
